Requirement: A driver with access to their own vehicle is essential due to the rural location of the nursery

The Role
We are seeking a confident and committed Level 3 qualified Room Leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a nursery room and to support the wider leadership team.
The successful candidate will:
1. Lead, support and inspire a team of practitioners within the room
2. Ensure high-quality care, learning and development in line with EYFS
3. Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding, health and safety and compliance
4. Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
5. Plan engaging, child-led activities that promote curiosity and creativity
6. Support staff development through mentoring and positive leadership
7. Demonstrate a clear desire to progress within early years leadership
