Private Client Senior Associate/Partner

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the Maidenhead office while contributing to the continued growth of the private client offering across the Thames Valley.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and inheritance tax planning
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior colleagues and legal assistants
* Overseeing workflow and maintaining high standards of client care and file management
* Supporting business development activity and building long‑term client relationships
Qualifications
* A qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE in private client work
* Strong technical expertise in estate planning, trusts, and inheritance tax
* STEP membership, or working towards STEP qualification
* Experience advising high‑net‑worth individuals and managing complex estates
* Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, proactive, and commercially aware approach
