High Wycombe
Paradigm Housing Group
Manager
€58,000 a year
Posted: 17h ago
Offer description

As a Regeneration Manager you will play a central role in delivering SettleParadigm’s regeneration programme, leading housing-led projects from early feasibility through to planning approval and contractor procurement. The role ensures each scheme makes the best use of land, meets financial and strategic objectives and is progressed in line with governance, funding and regulatory requirements. As part of this, the Regeneration Manager co‑ordinates multidisciplinary consultant teams, manages risk and due diligence, and prepares projects for seamless handover to the Delivery team.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to attend the office for at least two days per week (this could be High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire or Letchworth Hertfordshire).

Are you looking to join a growing, values‑led organisation with a clear social purpose?

At SettleParadigm, we’re proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing over 30,000 homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising number of new affordable homes we build. Through our merger we’ve brought together shared values, skills and ambition, so we can build more affordable homes and make an even bigger difference in the communities we serve.

If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, inclusive environment while helping to shape stronger communities, we’d love to welcome you on our journey. Together, we’re building a better future.

In this role you will coordinate teams of professional consultants, manage procurement activity and work confidently with contractors, local authorities, funding partners such as Homes England and a range of internal stakeholders.

A major focus of the role is resident and community engagement. Working closely with the Regeneration Engagement Officer, you will develop engagement plans, Resident Charters, decant and buy back strategies ensuring communication with affected households is timely, transparent and sensitive. For larger projects the Regeneration Manager will represent SettleParadigm at Resident Steering Groups and will use you strong personal skills to help maintain trust and confidence throughout what can be a challenging and emotive regeneration journey.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders. The Regeneration Manager champions continuous improvement, supports the development of robust processes and acts as an ambassador for SettleParadigm’s values balancing professionalism and commerciality with a clear social purpose.

As an ambassador for SettleParadigm, your ability to influence, negotiate and build productive partnerships will be key to driving high‑quality, community‑centred regeneration forward.
