Salary: £21,780 - 28,180 per year Requirements: Previous experience of managing customer data within an IT system, preferably SAP. Good understanding of SAP and data relationships in customer records. Customer service experience dealing with complex queries or complaints, primarily over the phone. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable. Must hold entitlement to work in the UK. Responsibilities: Validate new customer account requests in SAP. Update customer records in SAP. Liaise with customers to obtain missing information. Manage and record queries, resolving them with the relevant team. Monitor daily account-data interfaces with customers and address any errors.
