About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Whitstable Community Team as we enhance locality working, focusing on person-centered and good practice approaches.
We work with adults with various care and support needs, placing individuals at the center of their support. Responsibilities include Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Act (MCA) Assessments, Court of Protection applications, and s42 safeguarding enquiries.
Our interventions are based on three pillars: excellent practice, innovation, and meaningful measures. We prioritize building relationships with individuals, families, and carers, engaging communities early to empower people to find trusted local support from diverse sources.
About You
We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified Social Workers who meet current professional standards, legislative, and policy frameworks.
You must hold registration with Social Work England.
Strong literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence; however, reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants unable to drive due to a disability.
