Secondary Cover Supervisor - Rushden Monarch Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and confident Secondary Cover Supervisor to work across a range of secondary schools in Rushden. This role is ideal for individuals seeking classroom experience, aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or experienced support staff looking to take the next step in their education career. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. You do not need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), but you must be comfortable leading a classroom independently.
