Our Client based in Acton looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a Permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
The role is permanent, ideally full time 5 days per week.
Hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days remote working.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro‑active OH team.
Job Role Includes:
* Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
* Supporting all aspects of OH remit
* Support with recruitment and training needs
* Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals
* Meeting the strategic aims of the Emergency response, treatment and OH service
* Working closely with sight operations and multiple stakeholders on multiple sites
Experience / Skills Required:
* NMC Registered Nurse
* OH Degree/Diploma essential
* Case management experience essential
* Line management experience essential
