About The Role
Support the International Sales Director in driving global growth. Recent engineering graduates with strong people skills and an interest in international sales are sought for regular travel across Asia and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide technical support and expertise throughout the sales process.
 * Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders tailored to customer requirements.
 * Liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are fully met.
 * Support the International Sales Director in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
 * Conduct market research and competitor analysis within assigned regions.
 * Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across Asia and the Middle East.
 * Prepare and submit detailed visit reports and customer feedback.
Nature of Supervision
Reports directly to the International Sales Director. The role evolves from closely managed tasks to increasing autonomy, requiring initiative and accountability, especially while travelling internationally.

The company does not offer sponsorship. Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK, a full UK driving licence, and a valid UK passport to be considered.
Communication & Influence
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to technical and non‑technical audiences. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external international clients, adapting to diverse cultures.
Organisational Impact
Supports the International Sales Director by providing technical expertise, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s international growth.
Education & Experience
 * Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
 * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
 * Strong analytical skills.
 * Willingness and ability to travel internationally, often on short notice.
 * Full UK driving licence.
 * Valid UK passport with right to work.
 * Cultural awareness and adaptability.
 * Commercial awareness or previous sales experience advantageous.
