Location: Netherton & Maghull and other surrounding areas.
Salary: £13.45 per hour weekdays and £13.85 per hour weekends. Real living wage employer.
Shift patterns: Breakfasts and Lunches / Teas and Beds.
Milage: 45p per mile allowance included.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide personal/domestic care to the service user enabling them to retain their independence in their own home.
* Promote good care practice, commit to the service user, maintain their dignity and independence, and respect cultural, spiritual and religious needs.
* Meet the physical, social and emotional needs of service users as agreed in the care plan, promote independence and enhance living skills.
* Provide direct personal/domestic care in accordance with service users assessed needs.
* Liaise and collaborate with other departmental staff, agencies, and community nurses involved in providing care for the service user.
* Work with service users to improve and maintain daily living skills, use appropriate equipment whenever required, contribute to maintenance of appropriate records, provide written reports on care plans, and report regularly to the line manager on significant changes in service user circumstances.
* Be part of a team of staff working within the community, working flexibly with other staff members.
* Carry out all duties in accordance with Local Solutions policies and procedures, including promotion of anti‑discriminatory practice and equal opportunities, and undertake any other duties appropriate to the job.
