Working Hours – 09:00 – 17:15 Monday - Friday
Salary – £23,050 per annum

Job Description:
The Resales Administrator is responsible for handling legal documentation related to the completion of property sales.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Process incoming legal documentation to accurately reflect the transfer of property ownership in our internal systems.
Issue post-completion documentation to solicitors in a timely manner, enabling them to complete registration of their clients with HM Land Registry.
Independently manage and report on personal workload, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
Strong organisational, administrative, and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills; confident liaising with staff and external solicitors.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines under pressure.
High attention to detail with a methodical, accurate, and flexible approach to work.
Proactive team player with initiative, a willingness to learn, and readiness to ask questions.
Minimum GCSEs (A–C) in English & Maths; 2+ years' admin experience preferred, ideally in property management.
