We are partnering with a major government department in their search for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with deep Python expertise to support a Data transformation programme.
What we're looking for:
6+ years engineering experience, leading the delivery of production digital services
Strong Python skills (Ruby a plus)
Ability to work with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience across multiple services - ideally data platforms / open data services
A big-picture mindset: not just implementing requirements, but influencing future direction
Version control best practice ( Git ), Agile methods, containerisation ( Docker/Kubernetes )
Cloud deployment experience (any major provider)
Government or Civil Service experience
