Financial Controller
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum Location: Harewood, North Leeds

The Opportunity
As Financial Controller, you will lead the school’s finance function and play a central role in supporting its long-term financial sustainability. The role offers significant breadth, autonomy and visibility, working closely with senior leaders andernors.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, payroll and credit control
2. Leadership of the finance team and oversight of day-to-day financial operations
3. Managing the year-end process, external audit and regulatorypliance
4. Partnering with senior stakeholders to support non‑fee ie generation and assess the financial viability of school activities
5. Acting aspany Secretary, supportingernance and statutory requirements
6. Continuous improvement of financial systems, contracts and internal controls
