35 or 40 hours per week - flexible on the start time
9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 4.30 pm finish on a Friday
Our small, friendly Rugby-based client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team.
Main tasks:
* Purchase and Sales Ledger
* Monthly bank reconciliations and balancing to trial balance
* Compile monthly sales figures
* Make foreign payments
* Balance petty cash
* Take phone calls from suppliers
* Handle invoices and purchase orders
* Resolve stock queries
* Complete costing forms on Excel
* Respond to emails
* Perform general admin tasks
Person Specification:
* Must have previous Sage experience
* At least 2 years of accounts experience
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Flexible approach
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Organised and methodical
* A good sense of humour is essential
