About the role.
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will oversee the Big 6 compliance areas, lead the delivery of the planned works programme, asset data strategy, and stock condition survey programme. You will also provide professional leadership, ensure robust governance, and deliver high-quality services that protect residents, staff, and the organisation.
What will you be doing?
* Leading our approach to property compliance and building safety
* Taking ownership of the Big 6 compliance areas
* Driving the planned works and investment programme
* Shaping our asset data strategy and stock condition survey
* Ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance
* Leading and developing a small, high-performing team
* Acting as the organisation’s go-to expert on compliance and asset management
Key skills and experience
* Experienced in property compliance, asset management, or building safety
* Confident managing planned works or capital programmes
* Strong understanding of compliance legislation and regulatory standards
* Knowledge of damp and mould management
* Comfortable working with asset data and property systems
* A hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a team
* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and contractors
* Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
