Customer Services Supervisor Full-time, Permanent Westhill, Site-Based with some flexibility About the Company JFD is the world leading underwater capability provider, serving the commercial and defence markets with innovative diving, submarine and hyperbaric rescue, technical solutions and services. The Opportunity We have an exciting role for a Customer Services Supervisor to lead and support the Operations and Sales function within the Commercial and Hyperbaric team. You will be the Customer Services Manager's right hand and will play an integral part in building and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships, necessary for the success within the company to meet the monthly budgets. This is a very busy and rewarding role, and we are looking for someone who can bring new ideas, look at process improvements, assist with projects and think of new, smarter ways of doing work. You will have excellent customer service skills as well as hands-on experience in a similar role, leading a team. Key Responsibilities Responsible for meeting monthly budgets as set out by the leadership team. Work with and support the Operations Coordinators to ensure employee engagement and successful achievement of business KPIs. Provide support and assistance to the Customer Services Manager to ensure reporting is accurate and provided on time. Drive successful product delivery to JFD clients. Engage and liaise with clients throughout potentially difficult situations or complaints ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all departments and work colleagues. About the Candidate Import and export knowledge will be beneficial. Experience in a similar role, leading and developing a team. Knowledge of ERP systems and MS packages proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach. Demonstrable experience in a customer service leadership role. Experience in a relevant industry such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing will be beneficial.
