We are looking for an Access Solutions Lead - Bone Disease who is insightful, collaborative and motivated to join our Market Access department based out of our office in Slough, United Kingdom.
About the Job:
You will be responsible for our lead bone disease healthcare system strategy, establishing, growing and protecting UCB’s brand, ensuring sustainability for current and future indications. You will also Identify & develop access solutions, focusing on creating triple collaborative opportunities (UCB/NHS customer and patient) and resulting removal of local system barriers to patients in removal of local system barriers to patients getting & maintaining improved access for UCB Products.
Who you’ll work with
You will work alongside 3 other National Market Access solutions leads and 3 national HTA Leads and report directly into the Pricing and Access lead for Immunology and Bone. There will also be touch points with senior managers in other teams and work closely with the Evenity base team, HQ and EU and Global counterparts.
What you’ll do:
1. Develop appropriate tools and tactics to ensure Field Access Managers (FAMs) in Bone Disease are equipped, trained and supported with Market Access solutions.
2. Collaborate externally and internally on initiatives that support optimal use of UCBs products.
3. Both identify training needs and provide training support to field teams to ensure launch excellence preparation with new tools and materials.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to turn scientific information and policy opportunities into innovative Payer materials and a strong value proposition.
5. Develop/deliver compelling value proposition and system level access strategy, tailored to external stakeholders needs and aligned with internal stakeholders.
6. Drive development of access tools, solutions and frameworks to allow for optimal positioning of brands on pathways.
7. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide market access input in supporting and influencingbrand strategy and 10-year long term forecast planning
8. Maintaining/establishing a Market Access advisory network includes payers, clinical opinion leaders and patient groups.

9. Bachelor’s degree or above in related field
10. Understanding of Bone Disease or Immunology preferred.
11. An innate ability to think strategically, finding innovative solutions to business problems.
12. Track record of development of access tools & solutions.
