Are you ready to join the Fearless? We are currently seeking a Logistics Admin Support to join our Logistics team at the state-of-the-art 2 million sq ft Shirebrook Distribution Centre, one of the UK's most advanced warehouses.
Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement documentation and approvals for compliance.
* Track expenses against the logistics budget.
* Maintain records of supplier agreements and contract renewal dates.
* Keep accurate records of procurement, expenses, and cost-saving initiatives.
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on budget performance.
* Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Manage documentation, filing, and correspondence.
* Perform additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
