Arden White recruitment are partnered with Heritage Audi in Salisbury and are recruiting a Transaction Manager to support a high-performing sales team within a premium automotive environment.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in maximising profitability, supporting and coaching the sales team, and ensuring all vehicle, finance, and insurance transactions are completed compliantly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Support, coach, and motivate the sales team
Maximise vehicle, finance, and insurance profitability
Ensure FCA compliance and accurate documentation
Assist with closing sales and part exchange valuations
Track and report finance and insurance performance
Essential Requirements:
Proven Motor retail sales background ideally as a Transaction Manager, Sales Controller, Business Manager or experienced Senior Sales Executive
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Experience training and motivating sales teams
Full UK driving licence
