Responsibilities
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders, documenting care as required
* Monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and respond promptly to changes

* Collaborate with the nursing team and other health care professionals to ensure safety and quality of care
* Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
* Communicate changes to the supervising nurse and provide education to residents and families as appropriate
Requirements
* Local candidates preferred (local only)
* Availability to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule and meet guaranteed 36 hours weekly
* Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
* Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligibility for NH licensure
