Role
Experience isn’t necessary but is good if you have some experience recruiting. We just need you to be confident and hit recruiting targets.
* Sourcing qualified contractors and enthusiastic trainees.
* Managing the pipeline from initial message to "Trade Test" (practical interview).
* Posting ads on job boards, social media, and local colleges.
* Conducting initial screenings to ensure candidates fit our professional culture.
Requirements
* Experience in recruitment, HR, or high-end hospitality is helpful.
* Excellent communication skills (phone and email).
* Highly organized (ability to track multiple candidates).
