Hours: 36.25
Location: Altrincham with travel to other campuses
Salary: £26,394.00-£29,505.00


Overview

Our HR function is evolving into the newly established People and Culture Department, and we’re excited to support this transformation. Join us as a Recruitment Coordinator and help create a vibrant, inclusive, people‑first organization.


Role Summary

You will provide comprehensive recruitment support for the Group, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures. This key function will guide managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, represent TSCG, and welcome new colleagues.


Responsibilities

* Lead the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for all TSCG colleagues.
* Create up‑to‑date job adverts and job descriptions.
* Liaise with management to coordinate selection and assessment procedures.
* Work within safer recruitment guidelines to onboard new colleagues.
* Support the development and implementation of recruitment plans and resourcing strategies, including peak campaigns.


What We’re Looking For

As the first point of contact with candidates, you will display an exceptional professional manner on phone, in email, and in person. You should be proactive, resilient and flexible, able to attract top talent and adapt quickly. A minimum level 3 CIPD qualification and prior recruitment experience are highly desirable.


Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in recruitment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience working in a safeguarding environment preferred.
* Maths and English GCSE grade C or 4, or willingness to work towards.
