We’re working exclusively with a highly respected, planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London. With ambitious growth plans and a strong pipeline of projects, they are expanding their Infrastructure Planning team and are looking to make several hires across all levels (Planner - Associate Director!).
THE HEADLINES:
Title: Senior Town Planner (Infrastructure/DCO)
Experience required: 4+ Years' Experience (Minimum)
Salary: £50,000 Upwards (Negotiable depending on experience) + EOT Bonus & Strong Bonus
Location: Central London
Type of Company: Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME
Hybrid working: Yes, 3 in office / 2 from home

🔎 WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
* 4+ years of UK Town Planning experience.
* Strong experience with infrastructure projects, DCOs, or NSIPs
* MRTPI ideal
* Background in development management and/or policy planning
* Commercially aware, proactive, and collaborative mindset
