Senior Product Manager Up to £90,000 Benefits London (Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site) Permanent We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering new product propositions across two established media brands. This role sits at the intersection of journalism, technology, and digital innovation - building cohesive experiences that connect audiences and drive business growth. You'll work across multiple teams and workstreams, uniting brand strategies and creating a seamless product ecosystem that enhances engagement and subscription value. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of product initiatives across both brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Define, monitor, and report on key product and commercial KPIs, turning insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, editorial, engineering, and design teams to drive data-informed product decisions. Identify opportunities to optimise user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation across digital platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving alignment across brands and departments. Champion a customer-centric approach, leveraging research and analytics to inform roadmap priorities and improve user experience. Foster a unified product culture, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams. Person Specification 6 years of product management experience, ideally within a subscription-based or customer-focused digital business. Proven track record of developing and scaling digital products that deliver measurable business impact. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic product and business decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams. Experience working across multiple brands or business units is highly desirable. Passionate about media, digital products, and creating engaging, meaningful user experiences.
