THE ROLE We are seeking a Lead Developer to provide technical leadership for our in-house production system that integrates with SAP and factory PLCs. The system delivers real-time data to dashboards and supports end-to-end production processes (loading, netting, scrapping, goods receipt). The Lead Developer will act as the technical authority for the development team, ensuring best practices in design, development, testing, and deployment. They will mentor the team, collaborate with business users, and drive the future technical roadmap of our systems. Together with our experienced team, they will contribute to multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, with business sponsors from different regions. They will maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and evolving trends to ensure the team is constantly maturing. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You and your Skills Degree in an IT discipline or equivalent industry experience. Technical leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication skills. Strategic thinker with attention to detail. Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Developer in enterprise systems. Strong knowledge of System architecture, design patters and best practice. Experience in C#, Net 4.7 and greater, MS SQL Data Base Design/TSQL, Angular 14 and greater would be essential. Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and test automation. Experience in the following IOT, PLC integration, SAP integration, Git/Azure/DevOps would be desirable. Benefits Management Bonus Scheme pays up to 25% of basic salary (not guaranteed).
