Job Description
We are seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to support our Trade customers by turning their clients’ dream kitchens into a reality.
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will listen to customers' visions, understand their needs, and offer expert advice. You will plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations for both design and utility.
* Provide customers with choice, advice, and aftersales to leave a lasting impression of the Depot
* Achieve and exceed individual and Depot targets
* Negotiate prices while maintaining growth on margin
* Manage and maintain your own lead bank, keeping it updated and staying in contact with the customer
* Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of service
* Plan and design inspirational kitchens using the Company’s range of products
* Visit sites to measure and evaluate customer needs
* Effectively communicate with builders and end-users, amending plans as required
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
We offer face-to-face and online training via our own Howdens Academy, covering kitchen measuring & compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills.
