Responsibilities
* Lead the day‑to‑day running of a busy kitchen and manage a dedicated team
* Enjoy a better work‑life balance with no late nights or split shifts, giving you more time for yourself
* Create and prepare varied menus that meet individual needs and preferences
* Manage stock and minimise waste while working within budget
* Ensure food safety standards are understood and followed by the team
* Oversee kitchen documentation and compliance, including audits and health & safety

Qualifications
* Experience as a Chef, Catering Manager or Head Cook in a similar setting
* Knowledge of menu planning and costing
* Ability to lead and develop a team in a busy kitchen
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Friendly and approachable, with great customer interaction skills
