We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Consultant/Care Coordinator. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in the organisation's mission to deliver exceptional care services to our clients. Responsibilities
* Recruitment Management: Ensure timely and effective recruitment procedures to meet the staffing requirements for seamless service delivery.
* Compliance Management: Uphold adherence to both organisational and regulatory standards by the workforce.
* On-Call Escalation: Active participation in the on-call escalation process to promptly address and resolve client and staff needs.
* Operational Tasks: Execute daily operational tasks to enhance service delivery efficiency for both clients and staff.
* Software Maintenance: Ensure the in-house software systems are consistently updated to optimize organisational operations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in recruitment or the health and social care sector is a fundamental requirement.
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to think critically and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role.
