Cancer Research UK has opened our first ever 12,000 sq. ft. Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) in Warrington. We’re looking for x 4 creative online marketplace assistants to work in Cancer Research UK’s eBay team. In a lively, vibrant working environment, you’ll discover something new every day, whether it’s a new treasure, a new camera angle or a talent you never knew you had.
You will support in all aspects of ecommerce marketplace stock receipt, discovery, photography, and listing, ensuring the timely upload of product listings across all marketplace sites, including eBay, ASOS Marketplace, Depop and Vestiaire.
What will I be doing?
Stock Receipt
1. Unpacking items from shops and sorting them into the correct categories
2. Updating and maintaining the stock inventory
3. Researching items, when required, to make sure they are appropriately valued to maximise income for the charity.
4. Ensure Gift Aid data is captured and processed correctly
Photography
5. Creating detailed product listing cards for each item in preparation for listings
6. Uploading detailed photos to listing software
7. Making sure all the correct images are captured to show each item at its full potential
8. Ensuring photography and brand guidelines are followed to give a consistent look to each marketplace
9. Working to set daily photography targets
Listing
10. Ensuring all listings have an accurate an enticing description
11. Using the correct key words are included in listing to attract customers
12. Ensuring the photography is up to standard and follows CRUK guidelines
13. Working to set daily listing targets
What skills are we looking for?
14. Proven data entry and administrative skills
15. Confident working online
16. The ability to work to daily targets whilst maintaining a high standard of work

17. A creative flair
18. Knowledge of antiques, collectables, or fashion
19. Experience of buying or selling on eBay or other online marketplaces
20. Photography experience
