This family-run restaurant-with-rooms offers a warm, creative dining experience rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and a deep connection to the land. Recently featured in the Michelin Guide, the kitchen operates to a standard comparable with one star — though without the pressure of chasing accolades. We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join a small, ambitious team under a Head Chef with a background in some of the world’s top kitchens, including experience in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants. The food is produce-led, technique-driven, and heavily focused on nose-to-tail cookery, preservation, and artisan processes — much of what’s served is made, grown, or cured on site. This role would suit either a strong Junior Sous looking to grow, or a confident Sous Chef ready to hit the ground running and help lead the kitchen day-to-day.
