Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engineering solutions across the full development life cycle.
* Contribute to core product development, enhancements, and new technologies.
* Produce design concepts, implement solutions, and perform testing.
* Create project plans and support delivery against agreed timescales.
* Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
* Translate stakeholder requirements into robust engineering outputs.
* Provide cost estimates with cross‑functional input.
* Present findings and solutions to technical leads, senior managers, and customers.
* Develop functional and non‑functional test specifications.
* Prepare technical records and reports to demonstrate compliance.
* Design to internationally recognised standards.

You're proactive, practical, and driven, with the ability to work collaboratively and deliver high‑quality engineering solutions on time.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Product design or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Previous industrial design experience.
* Proven experience of analysing, designing, testing, debugging, and enhancing existing / new products used in an industrial environment.
* Understanding of a variety of project management methodologies (e.g. agile).
* Clear and effective communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A team player that shares knowledge and insights, but also able to demonstrate a strong level of initiative.
* Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
