What you will do:
Manage and assist in post-mortem examinations ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness, certification, and proper functioning.
Assist in the organisation and storage of samples and records to support efficient retrieval and analysis.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless operation and high standards of laboratory safety and performance.
Liaise with families and healthcare professionals, offering guidance and support with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
HCPC accreditation and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Anatomical Pathology.
Certificate or Diploma in Anatomical Pathology Technology (candidates with a certificate only may be considered at Band 4 or 5).
Driving licence preferred to support commuting across multiple sites.
