LeadGeneration
Generates lead forILSCV/MHCV/PV/UV deals through interactions with DSEor
through channel partners/openmarket
Customer RelationshipManagement
End to end customerrelationship management including explainingproduct
offerings and resolving salesqueries
Crossselling product offerings tocustomers
Educates customer with informationto build their understanding of issuesand
capabilities
Goesbeyond their day to day work to assist customers in a positivemanner
Dealer RelationshipManagement
Maintainingrelationship with assigneddealer
DealProcessing
Collecting allpresanction and post sanction documents and performingaccurate
data entries (RSPM SAGEetc)
Internal StakeholderManagement
Interact with operations andcredit team in order to ensure smooth processingof
loanapplications.
