Position Purpose

You'll direct the creation of value through supply chain applications through quality, performance, and value-driven governance, aligning the supply chain platforms function across the business to promote and facilitate optimisation, stability, security, and efficiency.

We use elements of both the Blue Yonder and JDA product suite, so prior exposure to these platforms is essential.

You'll be responsible for managing Brambles' supply chain technologies and teams, as well as staying informed about external market innovations. The Supply Chain Platforms Lead is accountable for the day-to-day execution of platform services, including development, data governance, support, and strategic direction across Brambles. You will evaluate and monitor all supply chain services, ensuring they provide resilience, responsiveness, and stability for a growing global user base. Collaboration with the wider TS organization, especially the Supply Chain Programme, on demand and delivery metrics is also key.

You will maintain and facilitate governance methods, standards, and principles related to supply chain platforms. These include service management, vendor management, risk management, platform upgrades, and reporting, integrated across all business units to enhance supply chain data integration.

Key Accountabilities

* Provide leadership by setting clear objectives aligned with the Supply Chain Programme, defining services, strategies, and roadmaps, and communicating effectively.
* Partner with business leaders to develop strategies, identify opportunities, leverage industry trends, and deliver solutions that enhance financial and operational performance.
* Develop best practices and foster a culture of service excellence across all related teams.
* Measure and report on performance metrics to support operational goals.
* Influence global technology adoption through coaching and leadership.
* Ensure consistency, scalability, and security across platform support and development teams.
* Manage vendor and partner relationships with performance-driven metrics.
* Act as the primary contact and escalation point for incidents, driving process improvements post-incident.
* Collaborate across teams to identify areas for continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and policies.
* Develop organizational structures that support key initiatives.
* Lead talent management efforts, including recruiting, developing, and retaining skilled teams.
* Establish and execute a risk management framework for supply chain platforms.
* Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Experience

* Extensive experience managing or influencing technical teams and transformation projects.
* Proven success in supply chain design, strategy, and delivery best practices.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes.
* Experience with supply chain applications, SaaS, cloud services, and platform migrations.
* Leadership experience with remote, cross-functional teams across multiple continents.
* Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and influence senior management.
* Understanding of financial management, business case development, and budgeting.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to establish strategic and operational decision-making functions.
* Experience with governance, risk, and controls frameworks for platforms.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
* Master's degree preferred.
