An independent project and cost consultancy based in Marylebone are searching for a highly professional MRICS Senior Project Manager that brings strong experience delivering the full lifecycle of schemes in the Ultra High-End Residential sector and within a construction consultancy. The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join: The Senior Project Manager will be joining a small construction consultancy that have built a reputation for delivering excellent schemes in the high-end residential sector. The Senior Project Manager will be running multiple programmes of works which includes both new build and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £5m-£200m. The Senior Project Manager role: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish, whilst providing support to junior members of the project management division. The Senior Project Manager will be working within a small team of 15 consultants, including a Project Director, Associate Directors, Senior Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Junior Project Managers and Cost Consultants. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Arranging meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsSenior Project Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a project and cost consultancy Ultra High-End Residential sector experience A Full Member of RICS (MRICS) BSc/MSc Project Management Confident at managing schemes simultaneously Previous experience leading a team Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £75,000-£85,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave bank holiday Hybrid working Work Laptop / Phone Quarterly bonuses up to 25% Strong pension contribution Positive work environment Quarterly company eventsIf you are a Senior Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a growing, successful construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
