Currently, we are hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter for our team at Tarmac Hendre Quarry, Hendre, Mold, Flintshire, accessible from Connah's Quay, Flint, Rhyl, Holywell, Wrexham, Chester, Corwen, and nearby areas.

Main Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled and reactive mechanical maintenance to ensure plant efficiency and support weekly production targets.
* Monitor plant and equipment condition, identify potential issues, and assist in meeting KPI targets.
* Safely execute mechanical repairs, leading breakdown and planned maintenance to ensure plant reliability and performance.
* Implement effective repair methods to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an industrial or factory setting as a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, with:
* Knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Proficiency with PCs and familiarity with common applications and company systems.
* Strong fault-finding skills and defect identification.
* Practical knowledge of maintenance systems and safety procedures.
* Ability to assess and control SHE risks.
* Basic report writing skills.
