Salary: Max £70k (+ benefits)
Location: REMOTE predominantly, with occasional travel to the Lancashire office once every few weeks.
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and assist with their digital transformation projects. The role involves project-based work, focusing on streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes, particularly within Local Governments.
Essential Experience:
* Operational change management (not technical)
* Experience with Local Government Bodies
* Knowledge of Revenue & Benefits processes
Desirable Experience:
* Lean Six Sigma
* Digital Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, specify, and model business requirements aligned with statutory, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Use modelling, requirements gathering, and process mapping techniques to support business change.
* Analyse documented processes to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities, presenting proposals to stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications.
* Communicate effectively to understand and align with business needs.
* Assess risks and suggest mitigation strategies for recommendations.
* Identify processes and IT requirements for implementing recommendations.
