Main duties of the job
* Deliver outstanding nursing care: Be responsible for the whole patient experience, including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide the highest quality, holistic and person‑centred care to our residents.
* Build relationships: Develop positive connections with our residents, families, and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring, and evaluating services.
* Collaborate with a supportive team: Work with a well‑resourced multi-disciplinary team, receive full support in your role, and mentor, support, educate and supervise other team members.
