Plan and control production schedules, allocate tasks, approve overtime, and ensure resources meet demand. Act as the primary contact for our on-site customer, fostering strong collaboration. Track and analyse production data; prepare daily, monthly, and financial reports for management. Lead and develop the production team through recruitment, training, performance reviews, and shift planning. Drive continuous improvement by reducing downtime, cutting waste, and maintaining quality standards. Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring a clean and safe workplace. Keep policies and procedures current, clearly communicated, and consistently applied across all shifts.
