This is an administrative role within an establishment.
Summary
The job holder will provide administrative support within the Offender Management administrative hub, maintaining systems and servicing local courts within specified timescales. This is a rotational, non-operational position with no line management responsibilities.
Responsibilities, Activities and Duties
The job holder will be responsible for:
1. Carrying out transactional activities related to Offender Management, including processing paperwork such as Discharge Reports, Bail Applications, ROTL, HDC, and others listed.
2. Preparing and checking documents for transmission by the Hub Manager.
3. Maintaining accurate records and acting as a contact point for communications within the team.
4. Completing monitoring returns and inputting requisitions into the finance database.
5. Coordinating awareness sessions and preparing paperwork for managerial review.
6. Corresponding with stakeholders and agencies to share information.
7. Maintaining databases, filing systems, and logs, and producing reports as needed.
8. Collating data related to Service Delivery Indicators (SDIs).
9. Acting as secretary for meetings, including organizing agendas, and recording minutes and actions.
10. Performing additional tasks as necessary, with adjustments discussed with the Job Holder.
The role requires the ability to communicate confidently in English, or Welsh where specified.
