We are currently seeking a Casual Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and dedicated team at the Community Hub.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys helping people access a wide range of services.
About the Role
As a Casual Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the site.
You’ll play a key role in handling customer enquiries and connecting people to services such as: Housing Benefit, Council Tax, and Housing Advice. Adult Community Learning enrolment, Leisure services, Partner services including regular advice surgeries with external organisations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in delivering excellent customer service
Possesses strong IT skills and is confident using digital systems
Has an interest in reading and learning
Enjoys working with a diverse range of customers
Is flexible, approachable, and a great team player.
This post is predominantly based across our Barton and Winterton sites, with opportunities to cover shifts at other Community Hubs as needed.
