Job Description
3. Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
4. Provide professional healthcare advice and services to customers.
5. Oversee stock control and ensure the availability of essential products.
6. Ensure compliance with all healthcare industry regulations and standards.
7. Lead and support a team of pharmacy staff to achieve operational goals.
8. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
9. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
11. Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant should have:
12. A qualification in pharmacy and registration with the relevant professional body.
13. Experience in retail or healthcare settings.
14. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
15. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
16. A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
17. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
