Must Haves
4+ years in a marketing role with hands-on creative and strategic responsibility
Outstanding written communication and storytelling skills
Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver campaigns across web, print, social, and events
Experience with Adobe InDesign (or similar design tools)
Strong organisational skills and ability to lead projects end-to-end
Experience in managing events and overseeing brand content
Confident managing a small team and collaborating cross-functionally
Nice to Haves
Experience using WordPress CMS and working with web design agencies
Understanding of SEO/SEM and digital performance reporting
Familiarity with photo and video production, including briefing and direction
Experience working in B2B, public sector, or healthcare-focused industries
