Site Coordinator | Renewable Energy
Location: Lowestoft (Onshore)
Contract length: until May 2027
Rate: £20 - £30 per hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Site Coordinator to work for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, a global leader in the wind power industry.
The Role: As the central hub of a major construction site, you will bridge the gap between site management, engineers, and the back office. You will ensure the project runs smoothly by managing logistics, safety data, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Logistics: Manage crew changes, manifests, and personnel transport/accommodation.
2. Data Control: Verify Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), KPI reports, and time registrations.
3. Site Admin: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage site-wide meeting coordination.
4. Compliance: Maintain personnel training records/certificates and ensure EHS (Health & Safety) rules are followed.
