Responsibilities for the Indoor Account Manager
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
* Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
* Generate quotations, and coordinate with operations.
* Identify opportunities to upsell services and maximise customer value.
* Resolve any service issues quickly and professionally.
* Identify the needs of both new and current customers.
Experience for Indoor Account Manager
* Previous account management experience, ideally in transport, courier, or logistics sectors.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Able to commute easily to our Heathrow office
