Passionate and inspiring SEN teacher required for an established and popular SEN school. The school currently has 120+ pupils on role and supports learners between the ages of 5 and 19 years with ASD and complex Needs. The school is part residential and offers spacious grounds. The school can offer brilliant resources and modern technology and every classroom is spacious and bright. Every class has TA support with high staff to pupil ratios. This is an innovative and dynamic school that aims and succeeds in offering a child focused curriculum that is perfectly balanced between creative and educational. - Teaching Qualification
- Relevant teaching experience (Must be able to provide 2 teaching references)
- Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Providing engaging and interactive lessons
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
- Planning and preparing all subjects within the current national curriculum
