Procurement Business Partner | Public Sector Procurement Framework / The Procurement Act / PA 2023 | London (2 days/week in the office) | £72,900 + fantastic benefits and Pension
Our client is looking for an experienced Procurement Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. You'd be working in a great team, the salary is up to £72,900 with a great Pension and Benefits package.
You'll be MCIPS, have experience in Public Sector Recruitment and the 2023 Procurement Act, have great experience managing procurement projects, tenders, and contract management - and will have an interest in procurement frameworks - all wrapped up with great stakeholder management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Service Delivery - championing procurement as a function, collaborate effectively with a variety of Departments, identify and assemble cross disciplined teams, and be fully conversant with organisational procurement policies & standards.
* Strategic Sourcing - work with stakeholders to deliver, maintain and improve strategic sourcing plans, create and maintain critical models, work on the forward planning of Procurement activity, and provide category specific commercial and procurement advice.
* Tender Management - develop and publish full and approved tender documentation, ensure that all pre-procurement engagement has been completed, fully consider key financial and commercial issues, lead and execute the delivery of tender projects, and moderate evaluation scores efficiently and fairly.
This would be based in London 2 days per week and from home 3 days per week.
