RESIDENTIAL FEE EARNER / LICENSED CONVEYANCER
LEIGH-ON-SEA, ESSEX
£35,000 - £50,000
QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Licensed Conveyancer, to join our well-respected client in Leigh-On-Sea, Essex.
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years.
They've got very good attitudes towards their staff and know how to value them, people are not treated as a number. They are a really approachable team that have nurtured their culture and great progression plans.
The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

* leaseholds
\t
* freeholds
\t
* remortgages
\t
* transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
