Behaviour Support Assistant

Immediate Start
£400-£425 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
New Directions Liverpool are looking for a behaviour support assistant for a primary school based in Kirkby for a Long-term role. If successful, you will be required to support a child who has been diagnosed with Autism (ASD).
Responsibilities of the role included but are not limited to:
1. Have excellent communication skills.
2. Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
3. Be encouraging and supportive.
4. Have a positive attitude towards teaching and aiding children’s development.
5. Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.

Job Specification
6. Have experience working with children, or adults, with additional needs
7. Hold a L2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
8. Able to support children of all abilities.
9. Have a positive and ambitious attitude to learning.
