As the Client Relationship Coordinator, youll play a central role in maintaining and enhancing the client experience. From scheduling annual reviews to coordinating with third parties and preparing follow-up communications, your attention to detail and thoughtful approach will ensure clients feel heard and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Proactively schedule and confirm annual meetings and check-ins
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
Coordinate with relevant third parties
Follow up on client requests and documentation
Anticipate client needs and communicate clearly and professionally
