Main duties
* Responsible for managing daily operations in accordance with BMW and Mitie policy and procedures within the confines of UK workplace and H&S regulations, best practice and law. To manage the day to day operational requirements of the contract in line with customer and contractual expectations. To be the initial contact on operational security matters, ensuring a consistent quality service delivery and prompt responses to all incidents.
What we are looking for
* FAAW as a minimum. Full and current driving license – HGV is desirable but not mandatory. License to be checked prior to driving company vehicles. Physically fit to pass a site related medical. Clean shaven for breathing apparatus. Willing to work at height or in confined spaces. Excellent communication skills are essential – report writing, 1-2-1 dialogues, radio communications, log book entries.
